Japanese publishing giant Kadokawa has released “The Report of Mobile Suit Gundam the Witch from Mercury Season 1″, a guidebook that covers all episodes of season 1 for the series.
The guidebook contains a detailed analysis of the story using a wealth of scenes, as well as explanations of keywords and worldviews that provide clues to understanding the series, and setting illustrations of characters and mobile suits. It also includes reprinted cast and staff interviews from the anime magazine Monthly Newtype, as well as all the illustrations published in Monthly Newtype. In addition, the cover illustration is a newly drawn design on both the front and back covers.

Supervised by Bandai Namco Filmworks, “The Report of Mobile Suit Gundam the Witch from Mercury Season 1″ is B5 size, ninty-six pages, and priced at 2,200 yen.
Mobile Suit Gundam the Witch from Mercury is directed by Kiznaiver‘s Hiroshi Kobayashi, and penned by Code Geass scribe, Ichiro Ohkouchi. The tagline of the series is “This witch…rides a Gundam”. The series began broadcast October 2, 2022 on twenty-eight of MBS and TBS TV networks on their 5pm “Nichigo” anime block, as well as simulcasted internationally.
The Witch from Mercury completed its twelve episode first season in January and will resume with Season 2 in April 9, 2023.
