Gundam Wing: Endless Waltz Officially Streaming for Free on YouTube

Gundam Info, the official international Gundam YouTube channel, is now streaming New Mobile Report Gundam Wing: Endless Waltz OVA(original video animation) series. All three episodes of the series are streaming with English, Korean, and Chinese(Taiwan) voice dubbing, as well as Japanese audio and English, Korean and Chinese(Taiwan) subtitle options.

Releasing from January 1997 to July 1997, the Yasunao Aoki-directed OVA serves as a sequel to the 1995 New Mobile Report Gundam Wing TV anime. Internationally dubbed Mobile Suit Gundam Wing, the series is the second major Gundam entry not set within the franchise’s long running Universal Century timeline and in 2000 became first overall to broadcast in the United States.

Set in After Colony(AC) 195, growing frustrated of the oppressive ways of the United Earth Sphere Alliance and Order of the Zodiac(OZ), underground forces of the space colonies send five young pilots with advanced mobile suits to Earth in an effort to free the colonies from their grip.

Endless Waltz is set a year after the TV series, the battles between Earth and the space colonies have ended. Treize Khushrenada is dead and OZ has come to an end. This leads to the creation of the Earth Sphere Unified Nation (ESUN) and the Preventers. However, this peace does not last, a rebellion led by seven-year-old Mariemaia Khushrenada, Treize’s illegitimate daughter, occurs on the newly completed colony, L3 X-18999.

The Endless Waltz OVA series was later released as a theatrical compilation film on August 1, 1998
