‘Fate/Grand Order’ Artist MatsuRyuu Illustrates 15th Anniversary Visual for Gundam Info



The official Bandai Namco Filmworks(Sunrise) Gundam portal website, Gundam Info, celebrates its fifteenth anniversary with a new visual by Fate franchise artist MatsuRyuu. For the Fate series, MatsuRyuu provided an illustration end card for the 2013 Fate/kaleid liner PRISMA☆ILLYA series, and designed Helena Blavatsky and Britomart for the mobile game phenom Fate/Grand Order.

The illustration features the iconic original 1979 Mobile Suit Gundam protagonist Amuro Ray, being held by his famous RX-78-2 Gundam. The official website states, “The illustration expresses our gratitude for the 15th anniversary of Gundam Info and our wish to continue moving forward together with our fans”.

In July 2007, Gundam anime studio Sunrise launched Gundam Info as a comprehensive information portal website, collating the various news and articles for the massive mecha franchise. The website has since evolved into multilingual versions with tailored news content and a successful international YouTube channel amassing 2.16 million followers, that streams various Gundam anime, events, manga, and more.
