Announced as a commemorative item for “Tamashii Nation 2023,” Gundam Aerial Permet Score Six joins the Tamashii Nations brand ROBOT Spirits <SIDE MS> ver. A.N.I.M.E line of high end Gundam action figures. The “ver. A.N.I.M.E.”(Action New Imagination Memory Emotion) series features dynamic anime proportions and dense sculpting, as well as a state-of-the-art articulation system that allows fans to recreate the impressive action scenes from the figures’ respective anime works.
Designed by JNTHED, the XVX-016 Gundam Aerial is the primary mobile suit, piloted by protagonist Suletta Mercury in the Mobile Suit Gundam the Witch from Mercury series.
This icy-blue version of the Aerial has reached Permet Score Six, and appears in episode 9 of the series, “If I Could Take One More Step Toward You.”, during the duel between Earth House and Grassley House.
Mobile Suit Gundam the Witch from Mercury is directed by Kiznaiver‘s Hiroshi Kobayashi, and penned by Code Geass scribe, Ichiro Ohkouchi. The tagline of the series is “This witch…rides a Gundam”. The series began broadcast October 2, 2022 on twenty-eight of MBS and TBS TV networks on their 5pm “Nichigo” anime block, as well as simulcasted internationally. The Witch from Mercury completed its two season, twenty-four episode run on July 2, 2023.
