Anchor Gundam joins the Tamashii Nations brand ROBOT Spirits <SIDE MS> line of high end Gundam action figures. The figure was first unveiled at TAMASHII NATION ONLINE 2021, alongside the EMS-TC02 Phantom V2.
Designed by Yuichi Hasegawa, the Anchor Gundam is piloted by protagonist Ash King in the 2016 Mobile Suit Crossbone Gundam: Dust manga, also penned by Hasegawa. Dust is the fifth installment in the Crossbone Gundam series. Set in U.C. 0169, the Earth Federation government has lost power, and the struggle for supremacy among the colonies has intensified, making it the “Space Sengoku Era”.
