Bandai Namco Arts, the anime/music production and distribution subsidiary of Bandai Namco Group, has announced the home video release of Gundam Reconguista in G III: Legacy from Space will be December 24, 2021.
The Gundam Reconguista in G III: Legacy from Space Blu-ray Perfect Pack Edition contains the anime film directed by Yoshiyuki Tomino, and is housed in a storage box featuring art by animation director Ikuro Kuwana and inner jacket art by mechanical designer Ippei Gyobu. It also includes a 16 page booklet in Japanese and English, Art Settings description guide, 608 page storyboard book, and 2 books of dubbing scripts.

The Blu-ray Limited Edition is priced at 8,000 yen, 6,800 yen for the Standard Blu-ray Edition, and 5,800 yen for the DVD.
Released in 2014, Gundam Reconguista in G celebrated the 35th anniversary of the Gundam franchise and saw the return of Gundam creator himself, Yoshiyuki Tomino helming an entry for the first time in fifteen years since 1999’s Turn-A Gundam.
The director is currently retelling the series in the form of five compilation films. The film series was announced in November 2018 as a part of the Mobile Suit Gundam 40th Anniversary Project. The compilations were to include new scenes and newly recorded dialogue.
