To commemorate the 40th anniversary of Mobile Suit Gundam, a 40 song CD of Gundam music has been announced.

This is the first non-stop Gundam-only mix CD in history, which condenses the magnificent Gundam saga of over 40 years into approximately 70 minutes. The lineup includes 40 Gundam songs for the 40th anniversary, including “Tobe! Gundam”, the original theme song of Mobile Suit Gundam, which revolutionized robot animation in 1979.

This ultimate mix CD contains songs chosen by the legendary DJ Caesar of the “anikura” subculture of Japan. The CD will be released by SonyMusic on April 3, 2019 for 2,500 yen.
