Bandai Spirits has announced the Premium Bandai release of the XXXG-01D Gundam Deathscythe EW(Rousette Unit) for the Master Grade series of model kits.
This is an original form of the Gundam Deathscythe EW equipped with the “Rousette” flight unit that gives the mobile suit the same flight capabilities as the XXXG-01W Wing Gundam. This version appears exclusively in the 2010-2017 New Mobile Report Gundam Wing Endless Waltz: The Glory of Losers manga by Katsuyuki Sumisawa.
The “Rousette” flight unit is an entirely new mold and features a sliding gimmick with movable shafts at various locations that allow normal, unfolding, and storage configurations.
The model kit will also include Beam Scythe and Buster Shield as armaments, with water slide decals designed by Hajime Katoki.
The MG 1/100 Gundam Deathscythe EW(Rousette Unit) is priced at 4,950 yen with an April 2020 release date.
